Hi everyone, I did an update that "killed" 2 of my APs. I tried everything to adopt them with another AP or the RFS4000 but nothing to do. I would need a skyjack in order to get the S/N or to replace them. Anyone has a trick to factory reset them without serial number or to adopt them without IP? I have login information but lost the IP.
Please help!
Thank you!

If you still have the login credentials, try connecting to the AP through the console and perform a factory reset from there. After the reset, it should be possible to rediscover/adopt it without knowing the previous IP. If you can’t access the console, checking the DHCP leases on the network may help identify the AP’s current IP.

It sounds like a frustrating issue after the update, especially without the IP or serial numbers. Since you still have the login details, checking the controller, DHCP records, or device discovery options may help you recover the AP information. Hopefully, you can restore or re-adopt the devices without needing physical access. For information about sepe prestaciones cita previa, you can also review the relevant appointment guide.

Great article! I realized these are my favorite kinds of GI articles. Enough news and reviews, more stuff like this! Let the writers get creative!

If the secondary zeroconfig IP address is still configured you may be able to access the AP via said IP address.
Here are the instructions on calculating the zeroconfig IP address: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000081445
Subnet mask is /16 and not /24.
But you will at the very least require the MAC address for above.
Have you tried the AP discovery tool: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000084440&q=AP%20Discovery%20Tool
