USB is not getting Recognized.

How to check USB is working or not.

Hello Sai,

SSH into the controller and run the follow command:

>en
#cd usb1

if you get message: %% Error: can not mount USB, then the USB thumb drive is not being recognized.

Things to try out:

1 - Use another USB thumb drive
2 - If possible reboot the controller while USB thumb drive plugged in
