Duplicate system on Dragon system dashboard

On the dragon system dashboard, I see two systems with the same name but one is unavailable. How can I delete the unavailable system that is duplicated and doesn't make sense? Thanks

Dragon EMS "dragon.db" files taking up space

A Dragon EMS server accumulates "dragon.db" files under the DB directory. What is the recommended practice for dealing with all these files? Is it worthwhile to archive them?
