    I have trouble with all of my Aerohive PA230 when I buy from Ebay. It's all say: Device already onboarded or A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.
    Here are these serial. Please help to cloud free:

    Hi Support,

    I got also  2 AP130 which have the same problem:  A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.
    can you free them up.

    Hello Quan and Reis,

    Gray market devices (Ebay) will still be registered under the name of the company that originally purchased them, in our database. The first thing that must be done is move them over to your account. 

    You will have to reach out to the your Extreme Networks account manager to affect that move. Please contact us to create a case and have them moved over to your account. Once this is done, we'll be able to release them from redirector so you may onboard them.

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I see previous thread people just declared AP Serial and you unbound the cloud.
    Am I right? I have confused about your guide: "You will have to reach out to the your Extreme Networks account manager to affect that move. Please contact us to create a case and have them moved over to your account."

    Please help in details, it's first time to me.

    I do not think that Extremenetworks can help.
    Event provide proof of order or the device that I spend alot of money to buy. I have read many other request, all was can not solve, why???
    I think Extremenetworks should build and process for this or have solutions for this problem.
    The customer - BTW always be customer, event the original person who buy your product, or the pre-owner, and many other next.

    Hope to see your responsibilities, I am not a thief, I buy Aerohive product, and we are not stolen from someone else.

    Hello Quan and Reis,

    While you may have proof a purchase, it was not from one of our registered resellers. For all we know, you could have purchased APs that were stolen without your knowledge.

    We can try to verify where the devices are currently pointed and see if we get a confirmation that it is okay to release the devices. Please email our community moderator, Sam, at community@extremenetworks.com with these serial numbers and we will do what we can. Alternatively, if you have support, you can follow Christoph's suggestion and open a support ticket and GTAC will be happy to look into this for you.
