You'll need to upgrade to 6.5r3 at minimum to manage the device in HiveManager. I've emailed you directly with the files you'll need and a guide on how to update the firmware via the Web UI. Please let me know if you have any further issues getting your devices updated.

Hi Sam - I've received the files, thank you.
Just a note that when I try and access the AP's Web UI I receive an SSL error. Is this due to the SSL certificate expiry that comes up when logging into HMOL? I can SSH into the AP with no problems it seems.
Through firefox:
An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.22.105. Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s). Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Hi Sam,
I have just connected an AP230 which is running 6.4r1e and it won't let me upgrade.
Are you able to get me a link to those files?
