How to safely remove devices that are not online any longer, but cannot be tested because they show that they are On-board on the customer site-from the Hive Manager/Extreme Dashboard? I have an admin access to the customer site.

I am unable to view the notifications in the upper right corner. I can select the "Bell" symbol which displays the number of critical and major alarms, but I cannot view these alarms. The Monitor / Alarms is also shows an upgrade symbol.
