What about Enable periodic checking of network connectivity to RADIUS servers in Ng?

In classic i know where is located, but in NG not. Because I have a lot of logs in the Radius Server, How I disable that fuction?

I tried to block a website (e.g. youtube) on AP30. using a firewall's application deny rule. After the AP resets the network I modified becomes inaccessible -i.e. my iphone can not connect to it.
