Not seeing any visual data when running Spectrum Intelligence.

HiveManager NG. AP230s. Monitor -> Devices, select an AP, Utilities -> Spectrum Intelligence I let it run for 5 minutes but never see any data. What am I missing?

Why can my AP 130 update to 10.0r4 when the documentation for 10.0r3 is for AP630, AP650, AP650X
