Hello. I recieved this device AP 250 (02501710102393) in exchange of malfunctioning device, but it seems to be already onboarded on another account. I'd like to use the AP on my Hivemanager account. Thank you.
I have been able to configure the ATOM to do L2VPN and it works but that is using the ethernet cable, if I do the client mode, it seems I can make the ATOM connect to an external WIFI, but it seems L2VPN stops working.
My Hive manager shows Device Update Failed after trying to save a configuration to a AP121. Running on 6.5r4. Also the device doenst wants to upgrade.
Can somebody help me out? Thanks.
