Remove AP HiveAP121 from expired Hivemanager Account

I have an expired hivemanger account, and a HiveAP121 that I want to use in ExtremeCloud IQ Connect. How can I release serial 12112112600215 from the expired account?

Hi Stijn, that device should be free to add to your Connect instance at this time. Please let me know if you have any further trouble adding that AP to your new inventory.

Hi there, 

I have another two AP’s that say they already belong to another instance when trying to add to the inventory. However when i log on to their previous Hive, they are not listed in the inventory. That hive has no devices anymore. 
 

Anyone abe to check these two?

Can you please release two AP121’s ?  The HM is expired so i cannot login to remove them from the inventory.
