Hello,
In my own Cloud IQ account I am unable to click on Airdefense Essentials even though I have created a Network Policy with a WIPS Policy (Enabled) which has Airdefense Essentials enabled.
Is there a way to reset this or is there a global setting where it is disabled?
I have an AP which has a sensor radio configured too.

This now works for me after something was changed by the Cloud Ops team via the GTAC case.

Hello Rob,
Did you push the config to any AP after creating the WIPS policy?
Try pushing to an AP then refresh page and try again. If it still fails, please open a GTAC case for further troubleshooting.

Hi Christoph,
I can see Wips Essentials is Enabled in the running config. There is also a new icon against the AP to show it has a sensor.
WIPS Policy is used by the Network Policy.
I may have to open a case.
