Wireless clients no longer receiving IP addresses from DHCP server even though my AP's are.

AP230 AP's are getting IP addresses according to my Extreme CloudIQ dashboard but my wireless clients are not. VLAN ID's have been specified in the network policies. Not sure how to go about troubleshooting problem. My entire wireless system is down and I am in desperate need of some help. Thanks in advance.

Check if the AP port is tagged for the network policy vlan.

I recently see the issue, at home with a XIQ Connect and a specific device Samsung S10

But if you have issue on all clients, start with the vlan probe test as advise by Christph_S from Extreme.

Hi

XIQ has a built in VLAN probe the can be handy at times.

Select an AP the click Utilities > Tools > VLAN Probe.
