Edge switch (Extreme Summit X440) I can ping devices on a specific VLAN but when I am on a different VLAN I cannot.

I have one switch that I cannot ping devices on a specific VLAN from other devices other than from a switch. If I try from my pc or any other pc, they cannot be pinged.

Will the switch change the DSCP value in Layer 3 forwarding by default? Thanks!

Switch configured vrrp for hosts, and hosts send traffic with DSCP. By default, when switch forwarding the traffic to network, how the DSCP with tag, the original one or change to 0? Thanks!
