i wonder why i have not possible WLAN Channels listed in 5 GHz:

Regulatory Domain: European Union (& Rest of World)
AP 3705i - Germany - EWC V9.21.10

bddb6e21589240c1aadd439748661723_RackMultipart20160729-4134-18yezbf-5ghz-channlkes_inline.jpg

Channel 120 - 124 - 128 - 132 - 136 missed!

Why? If the system uses DFS mechanism than these channels are allowed in Europe / Germany ?
See here:
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireless_Local_Area_Network
http://www.elektronik-kompendium.de/sites/net/1712061.htm
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_WLAN_channels

Any advices why these channels are not listed ?

Matthias, I've requested a review and update of that article to make sure it contains current information.

Hi,
how is the status of certification process?
Can the channels made available to Controllers who are operating in Europe?

In AP39XX these channels are also not available because of:

FCC/IC DFS certification in progress

Hi Ronald,
thanks for that advice - seem to be the same thing on AP3825:

But here is at least a hint in the datasheet:

"Please note that not all 5Ghz channels have been certified for use on the 3715, specifically 120-136, 144 -165 are not in use."

from....
https://community.extremenetworks.com/extreme/topics/why-do-i-not-have-all-unii2e-channels

I assume that is valid for the whole AP37xx platform.
