AP's not getting DHCP IP address

Hello, Im seeing a weird issue hopefully someone can help with. We are moving our rf-domains from a flat vlan for the AP's in the campus to setting each rf-domain to a different subnet for the AP's. The AP's will get an IP from the Cisco MDF switch...
