SR2348 switches. I have 4 of them that are apparently not connecting to Hivemanager but are still working. I've tried rebooting them to see if they'll connect again but that doesn't help. What else can I do to get these to show green again?

I have an 2348 switch that is acting as a layer 3 switch. I have routing enabled in the CLI. Now I need to configure a static route to our firewall. Support sent me a book about CLI commands for my switch but it's over my head. I'm assuming it should...

Is there a way to set up VLAN routing on the 2348P? My VLANS are currently being routed on my firewall but for some projects coming up I need this to happen on my switches.

Thanks for that info. Guess I'll stop trying to fix it now and wait for a fix. Hopefully it's coming soon (and glad I don't have 90 switches).

The time on the switch I'm at is good and port 443 is open on the entire network.

I've tried all combinations of that. That doesn't work either. I've also tried "root" instead of "admin."

I got into Hivemanager status and see that "Connect Failed."So I try to manually set the address to cloud-va.aerohive.com and the switch attempts to connect to the redirector and then gives me "connect failed" again.

Any idea what default CLI login would be? I've tried admin/aerohive and admin/aerohive1 and neither work. I haven't had to CLI into some of these switches before.
