Should i be using 802.11h?

As the title says. i have 3 AP's 2 X AP650's and 1 X ATOM i'm not sure if i should be utilizing 802.11h or the apparent advantages seen with it. i'm not to worried about interfering with nearby businesses but if it could offer me better connectivity ...

called station id is different from mac address of AP 250

Hi ,i have a external captive portal and our users authenticate by accepting the policy but unfortunately we noticed that the called station id in the url is different from the mac address of AP 250 so please help me in solving this case
