Removed an AP from production Hivemanager, trying to add it to a lab account and getting the "A stake record of the device was found in the redirector." S/N 02301508190708
I have the entitlements keys for both, and my question is how do I deregister the AP so I can add it to my account? The serial numbers are 01301608020357 - Successfully onboarded 01301608022348 - Error 10, Failed to onboard
A 1568' house using an AP250 on the main floor. I seem to have very limited coverage areas. Equipment out on the deck, not 20 feet away from the AP250, can't connect. AP 250 is ceiling mounted (~8ft.) Can I increase coverage area?
Hi! I can't understand what is used Aerohive Redirector. Who has access there? If my company uses Cloud Hive Manager and Aerohive access points, do I need to enter the serial numbers used in the Redirector?
