How do I remove an AP (AP330) from our on Prem HiveManager (8.2r2) so I can use it with Aerohive connect, I have factory reset the AP but it keeps connecting back to our OnPrem hivemanager

My AP230 is stuck on red light and does not connect to the hivemanager.

Hello. I have this device (01221704031446) on a unlicensed account, i was no able to remove before the license expired. ¿Is there another way to get this serial number removed? Thank you.

I Edited our Captive Web Portal Save it. Update the devices - Perform a complete configuration update for all selected devices But it didn't save it - Still displaying the default settings How do I get it to stay?
