Field Notice-FN-2023-485 - Cable diagnostics fails on X435 switches via XIQ and CLI after upgrading to EXOS 32.3.1.11

Notice Summary
Users are unable to run cable diagnostics on X435 switches after upgrading to EXOS 32.3 since the run cable diagnostics port <> command isn't supported in EXOS 32.3.

Background
The following command to run the cable test via CLI has been removed from 32.3 on the X435:

run diagnostics cable ports <>

The cable test command is not supported for X435 running 32.3 due to limitations with storage space on the switch.

Impact
Users are unable to perform cable diagnostics on the X435 switches running 32.3.1.11 via CLI or via XIQ.
There isn't any potential network impact.

Symptoms
Users are unable to run cable diagnostics for ports on X435 switching running EXOS 32.3 via XIQ and will receive an "Unable to process Cable Test" error message.

Users are unable to run cable diagnostics for ports on X435 running EXOS 32.3 via CLI since run diagnostics cable ports command is missing.

Workaround
Users can downgrade to 32.2 and will be able to perform cable diagnostics using the run cable diagnostics port <> command.

Users can also use the cablediag.py application via CLI Access under ACTIONS in XIQ.

Solution
Upgrade to ExtremeCloud IQ 23r3.
Upgrade to EXOS 32.4.1.
