problem with gre tunnel on extreme switch x480-48t

I use extreme switch x480-48t xos ver. 15.7.1.4 to Gre Tunnel but interface utilization is incorret and limit. i have 200 mb/ps bandwitdh but can use 70 mb/s. please help me to solve this problem thanks

Hello, I have a stack consisting of (2) X460-48p switches. We have purchased (2) XGM3S-2SF modules to run 10GB SFP+ connections from each switch to add to a fiber ring. Can I install these modules without powering down the stack? Thanks!
