What is the minimum PSU requirement for BD8810 with total of 7 slot occupied

Hi all, I am planning to use BD8810 in our network and I could not decide "What is the minimum PSU requirement for BD8810" where as only 7 slot will be used in phase 1 including 2 MSM. I guess 6 PSU is for full load. Thanks

does 16.1.3.6 include all 15.x fixes?

Some issues that were resolved in more recent 15.7 releases seem to have resurfaced in 16.1.3.6, so I am suspecting that 16.1.3.6 does not include these fixes, and if so is there a guide somewhere explaining how the versions relate to each other?
