Resolved! AP250 wifi0 radio stuck at 5dB

Despite all efforts wifi0 won't change from 5dB. Nothing seems of note in the logs.things tried manual setting change in GUIradio power change in CLIreset AP to defaultdelete and re-onboardfirmware change Could this just be bad hardware?Any help app...

Slow wifi 2.4ghz
