Deploying a WS-AP3935i-ROW

I'm implementing a WS-AP3935i-ROW, and I realize it's a Linux OS, I'd like a help with the initial configuration. I would also like to know if it is possible to access this AP via web? I also see that the AP restarts by itself.

Command to see active RADIUS server

Is there a command I can run to see which of my RADIUS servers is being used. I am having issues where they are not responding in time, and they continue to fail over back and forth. Would love to know which one is active at the moment. Thanks
