I have an Altitude 4610 AP that is not adopting and when I plug it in both LEDs stay solid. What does this mean? The installation manual does not mention both LEDs on solid. Thanks for any help.

I have some question about GRE protocol in Extreme equitment.
1. This protocol is compatible with Summit series, BD 8810 switches and WM3700 controller
2. If is compatible how i could configure it?
We are implementing ISE on our network and are looking to see if anyone has been successful in implementing ISE on Extreme Wireless Contoller and if they are able to share any config insights.
