Hello,I have an AP230 from an old unlicenced VIQ (V** S****B**K). Can you remove SN 02301410090035 so I can add it to our new account?Cannot access the old VIQ because it is not licenced anymore.Kind regards,Stijn

1 hop mesh wireless link or AP 30 to AP 30 Mesh link

AllI am looking for clarification and if so guidance.I need to create a 1 hop wireless link, where by the child AP will connect to the parent AP and permit clients to associate to the Child API would like this via XIQ as I know it is supported in WiN...

When onboarding SN 12114022500374 I receive this error: "The device appears to be in use by another VIQ." To the best of my knowledge we purchased this device new some time back. It appears new in the box.
