Resolved! AP305c flashing amber for 5 minutes then white for 2 minutes

A factory reset 305c is flashing amber (1 sec on, 1 sec off) for about 5 minutes, then white (1 sec on, 1 sec off) for about 2 minutes. I know the power and networking settings are correct because I’ve setup other AP’s on this port. Suggestions?
