Resolved! Relocate AP to another account

Hello, We need to move some of the APs in one Pilot IQ account to another account. Before we do that, I want to ask and make sure  that if we can keep the original configuration on the those APs. Thanks,Lisa.

The device appears to be in use by another VIQ.

HI everyone.I have bought a used AP121 and I am trying to connect to Extreme IQ Connect softwatre.During onboarding I have received the note: “The device appears to be in use by another VIQ”.S/N 12113091600628Can anyone help me to solve this problem....

Resolved! De-Auth User In ExtremeCloud IQ

Hi, We recently migrate from HMOL to XIQ Pilot. Previously we have an option to de-auth client. I can’t find it in XIQ. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
