Resolved! USB upgrade of NX5500 controller no such file or directory exists

Has anyone seen this below when trying to update the firmware on a controller ? During USB upgrade of NX5500 controller i get a error that no such file or directory exists, i verified it does and it is the only file on the usb stick.
