Device already onboarded

Hello, I have an AP130 S/N 01301505070989 i've been using for almost 9 years. Suddenly it disappeared from the portal like it's been associated to another customer. Is there way to fix it? I guess extreme did some mistake here

Collect data in XIQ beyond Data Retention

Hi Everyone,To address client's concerns on the 90 day data retention in XIQ, is there any way for my client to extract the data from XIQ and keep it in their server for later viewing? Thank you in advance

Resolved! How to unmanage/remove APs when over on licensing?

We currently have 16 devices in our ExtremeCloud IQ Connect portal. The limit is 10 devices. We've decommissioned 6 devices to get us down to the 10 devices, but I am unable to unmanage/remove those 6 devices as it's stating a licensing issue with us...
