Resolved! Problem internal captive portal wing controller

My customer's captive portal has stopped working. I'm using the controller itself to authenticate, the controller log shows timeout and reason code 8 and sometimes reason code 3. And it doesn't open the captive portal page. Have you seen this problem...

Missing login info AP7522

We have a costume who has not got  there wireless info anymore.Like login and password to the ApsDo I have to go to every single Ap and make a Factory Default?The got size in Denmark,UK and in Spain.Best Regards,Kim
