Resolved! Turn off ExtremeIQ upgrade mode

I am using Cloud IQ Connect (Free) with ExtremeIQ auto system upgraded to premium plan, I cannot manage my device anymore! what should I do ?How do I not automatically upgrade ?

Resolved! Ob-Boarding without a serial number

Hi, So, I have an AP1130 that was physically installed as construction of the building was being completed.  I no longer have the box that had a sticker on it with the serial number and MAC address.  Its also in a place where I cant see the underside...

Resolved! A stake record of the device was found in the redirector

Hello,I got my Aerohive AP230 second-hand and got Error 2: A stake record of the device was found in the redirector. Could someone please assist me what to do so I can add my device to ExtremeCloud IQ Connect?The Serial Number is:02301501301779023015...
